Things to Remember

  • Payment is due strictly 30 days from the invoice date
  • On receipt of payment a label will be issued to the customer showing customer details and the date the account is paid up until. This label represents proof of payment, and should be placed on a clean dry spot on the back of the black refuse bin
  • Only refuse bins displaying the paid sticker will be emptied after payment due date
  • A receipt will be returned with the label and it can be used to claim tax relief from the Revenue Commissioners
  • Please ensure the bin is left out the night before or early on the morning of your collection and brought back directly afterwards as lost, damaged or stolen bins are subject to a €40 replacement charge.
  • Bins that are not left out for collection on time will be collected on the following scheduled service day
  • The company reserves the right to remove bins from premises without previous notice in certain circumstances (such as non-payment, damage, used for purposes other than waste disposal)
