See what happens your Brown Bin Material once collected - RX3 - Case Study

To progress the development of new markets for recyclables, the Government established the Market Development Group. This group includes as members a range of stakeholders from across the waste industry and business sectors.

The rx3 team is tasked with project managing the Market Development Programme for Waste Resources.

In order to promote market awareness rx3 commissioned case study videos showing how established companies, working with waste materials, are recycling and making their products. These case studies show what companies do to turn waste into resources, including material accepted, processes conducted and products produced and markets these products are sold into.

Thorntons Recycling was asked to participate and a case study was made for its composting facility in County Meath. Please follow the link below to view.
