Combined Property/Facility Management

At Thorntons we understand our customers requirements to have a fast and efficient service at a reasonable price. At Thorntons we have designed and implemented management systems that offer our property management clients flexibility and control with centralised billing for multiple sites.

Once the service schedule is agreed you need not worry.  A contract document is agreed with the client.  This is then given to our Accounts team who will set up you account and notify of your account number.  We will complete the service, report the activity and invoice as per agreed rules and terms.   We will also manage access issues including Key storage and PIN access.

All of our services are recorded and fed into our bililng system.  Our monthly invoice itemises each bin service which may be useful if a client is to be rebilled.   All of trucks are fitted with GPS tracking systems so that if a customer has a query in relation to when a service will or has occurred a truck can be located at any time of the day.

Our team will work with you to decide on the recycling programme at each facility.  The appropriate number of containers will be delivered by our staff and where applicable on-th-ground training given to caretakers/operations staff.  By working with these staff more material can be recycled and costs reduced.
